Jubiliejinis sūrių festivalis kviečia susitikti Druskininkuose (7072)

Rugpjūčio 11 d. Druskininkuose vyks jau penktąjį kartą organizuojamas Sūrių Festivalis. Ūkininkai – sūrių gamintojai kvies paragauti ir įsigyti savo produkcijos, demonstruos, kaip gaminamas sūris, gurmanus pakvies į degustacijas, o sūrio gamintojams bus rengiami profesionalūs seminarai. Jubiliejinėje sūrininkų mugėje dalyvaus 20 gamintojų, atkeliavusių iš Lietuvos, Latvijos ir Lenkijos.

Lietuvos ūkiuose brandinami sūriai vis labiau skinasi kelią į mūsų kasdienę mitybą. Lietuvos sūrininkai kantriai plėtoja sūrių iš šviežio pieno tradicijas ir kokybiškų maisto produktų vartojimo kultūrą mūsų šalyje. Sūrininkai puoselėja tradiciją kartą per metus susitikti Druskininkuose, aptarti naujus receptus, svarbius sūrių kokybės reikalus drauge su visos Lietuvos gyventojais.

Festivalio metu vyks ketvirtasis sūrių konkursas. Specialiai šiam festivaliui surinkta profesionali komisija ragaus 6 sūrius – finalininkus ir lankytojų akivaizdoje išrinks 2018 m. festivalio Grand Prix nugalėtoją. Šiemet pirmą kartą balsuoti kokybiškiausio sūrio rinkimuose bus kviečiami ir renginio lankytojai. Specialiai išskirtoje konkurso zonoje lankytojai galės degustuoti visus konkursui pateiktus sūrius ir išrinkti labiausiai vertą titulo.

Sūrių Festivalio metu ruošiamos profesionalios degustacijos ir sūrių derinimai. Tai gastronominio malonumo ir specifinių žinių valanda: Pietų Italijos egzotika - keturi brandinti pekorinai, sūris ir alus – sūrių konkurso čempionai, derinami su lietuvišku craft alumi, prancūziški sūriai ir jų valgymo kultūros ypatumai bei Europos sūrių įvairovė bus atskleista jubiliejiniame sūrių festivalyje.

Sūrių Festivalis vyks rugpjūčio 11 d. 12-18 val. Druskininkuose, Vilniaus al. 24, Druskininkų Pramogų aikštėje.
