Nuo Ispanijos iki Skandinavijos šalių ar net mūsų kaimynių – visą Europą apimantis pažangus sprendimas netrukus pasieks ir Lietuvą. Jau nuo kitų metų mūsų šalies gyventojų namuose bus montuojami modernūs išmanieji elektros ir dujų apskaitos prietaisai. Iki 2020-ųjų metų išmaniąją apskaitą 80 proc. ir daugiau namų ūkių bus įdiegusios bent 17 ES valstybių. Namų ūkiuose montuojami išmanieji skaitikliai leidžia energijos skirstymo operatoriams nuotoliniu būdu nuskaityti elektros energijos suvartojimą kas 15 minučių, tad gyventojams, kurie deklaruoja rodmenis kas mėnesį, įdiegus išmaniuosius skaitiklius to daryti nebereikia. Dar geriau, operatorius gyventojams pateikia suvartojimo analizę – įrankį efektyvesniam vartojimui ir išlaidų taupymui, o pati sistema atveria duris elektros energijos rinkos liberalizavimui.

Sutaupo ir laiko, ir pinigų

Šalių, kuriose šie sprendimai jau įgyvendinti, energijos skirstymo operatorių patirtis rodo, kad, klientams ėmus stebėti bei suprasti savo vartojimo įpročius, išmanieji skaitikliai padeda taupyti elektrą ir mokėti už ją mažiau.

Pavyzdžiui, Italijoje kompanijos „Enel“ organizuotame eksperimente apie 6 tūkst. Isernijos miesto elektros vartotojų naudodami išmanią apskaitą sutaupė nuo 5 iki 8 proc. elektros energijos. Vėliau atliktoje projekto dalyvių apklausoje 95 proc. jų pažymėjo eksperimento metu geriau supratę savo elektros energijos vartojimo įpročius, o 93 proc. teigė, jog rekomenduotų šį pažangų sprendimą savo draugams.

Įdomu ir tai, kad aktyviai analizuojantys savo vartojimo duomenis išmaniosios apskaitos naudotojai sutaupo daugiau, nei tam neskiriantys ypatingo dėmesio.

Šią tendenciją puikiai iliustruoja Ispanijoje 2013-2014 metais kompanijos „Enerbyte“ vykdytas eksperimentas „Personal Energy“. Jo metu 150-yje projekto dalyvių namų buvo įrengti išmanieji elektros energijos skaitikliai. Pastebėta, kad dalis proceso dalyvių aktyviai naudojasi specialia programėle ir atsižvelgia į jos teikiamus duomenis, o likusieji neskiria tam dėmesio. Projekto pabaigoje užfiksuoti rezultatai atskleidė, kad aktyviai išmaniosios apskaitos sistemos siūlomas galimybes išnaudojusi grupė sutaupė net iki 4 kartų daugiau energijos nei pasyvioji.

Atveria platesnes rinkos galimybes

Nors dažniausiai minint išmaniuosius skaitiklius kalbama apie pinigų sutaupymą ir patogumą vartotojams, išmaniosios apskaitos teikiama nauda gerokai didesnė. Pasitelkus ją yra atveriamos durys rinkos liberalizavimui, kuri įgalina vartotoją rinktis norimą energijos tiekėją.

Šiuo keliu einantys Nyderlandai žada iki 2020-ųjų įdiegti net 15 mln. skaitiklių – atskiri prietaisai išmaniai vykdys ne tik elektros, bet ir dujų apskaitą.

„Išmanieji skaitikliai yra reikalingi ruošiant mūsų energijos tinklus ateities iššūkiams. Vis daugiau namų ūkių savarankiškai generuoja elektros energiją ir jos perteklių perduoda tinklui. Naujieji skaitikliai reikalingi norint subalansuoti nuolat kintančią paklausos ir pasiūlos situaciją tinkle ir tuo pačiu užtikrinti, kad visada būtų pasiekiamas reikalingas energijos kiekis“, – teigia Nyderlandų Ekonomikos ministras Henkas Kampas.

Kaimynai jau skaičiuoja rezultatus

Vertinant Baltijos šalių pažangą, estai yra žingsniu priekyje – valstybės kapitalo „Eesti Energia“ grupei priklausanti skirstomųjų tinklų operatorė „Elektrilevi“ išmaniųjų skaitiklių diegimo projektą baigė įgyvendinti 2016 m. pabaigoje. Jo metu įrengta 625 tūkst. išmaniųjų elektros skaitiklių. Projekto vertė beveik 100 mln. eurų ir jis truko ketverius metus.

Latvijoje išmanieji skaitikliai pirmiausia buvo įdiegti stambiems elektros vartotojams – verslo įmonėms, šį procesą beveik baigė ir smulkieji – šalies gyventojai.

Pirmieji žingsniai jau ir Lietuvoje

Išmanioji elektros energijos ir dujų apskaita neaplenks ir Lietuvos. Pernai bendrovės „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO) atlikto bandomojo projekto metu užfiksuoti vartotojų pasitenkinimo rodikliai rodo, kad išmanioji apskaita Lietuvoje yra pasitinkama pozityviai. 75 proc. apklaustųjų įvertino išmaniosios apskaitos įvedimo procesą 10 balų. Vertinimo vidurkis – 9,5 balo 10 balų skalėje.

Naujieji išmanieji skaitikliai, kuriuos ESO planuoja Lietuvoje palaipsniui įdiegti visiems vartotojams nuo 2019 metų pabaigos iki 2023 metų imtinai, duomenis perduos saugiu ir patikimu būdu – tam kliento name ar kieme nereikalingas nei laidinis ryšys, nei papildoma įranga. Duomenys judriuoju (mobiliuoju) ryšiu bus siunčiami į ESO. Prieš siuntimą jie bus užšifruojami, o duomenimis naudotis galės tik ESO specialistai bei vartotojas.

Šiuo metu įmonės darbuotojai išbando pažangius išmaniuosius skaitiklius su „NB-IoT“ technologija. Šios technologijos ryšys inovatyvus ne tik Lietuvoje, bet ir visame pasaulyje, dauguma šalių jį dar tik mėgina. Pasirinkusi šių prietaisų diegimą Lietuva šoktų į progresyviausiųjų technologijų taikytojų klubo viršūnę, aplenkdama tokias rinkas, kaip JAV ir Japonija.
